Meet Diane
Diane has loved baking for as long as the people around her can remember.
Years ago, she studied pastry, but the real heart of her baking grew at home, in the kitchen, around family, and through the simple joy of making something beautiful for someone else. Over time, friends and family began asking for her cinnamon rolls, cupcakes, frostings, and custom ideas again and again.
The Faithful Frosting grew from that encouragement.
For Diane, baking is personal. She loves creating recipes from scratch, trying new ideas, and paying attention to the little details that make something feel special. The softness of the crumb. The flavor of the filling. The smooth finish of the frosting. The way everything looks when it is boxed and ready to share.
Her faith is also part of the story. The name The Faithful Frosting reflects gratitude, care, and the belief that even small things, made with love, can bring joy.

Diane's cinnamon rolls begin with a soft sourdough brioche dough and a slow fermentation process that develops flavor, tenderness, and depth. Each roll is layered with a rich, warmly spiced filling, then finished with her smooth signature glaze.

Sourdough Cupcakes
The Faithful Frosting cupcakes are soft, tender, and made with sourdough starter for a subtle depth of flavor. Diane's vanilla and chocolate cupcakes are thoughtfully made to create a delicate crumb, rich flavor, and a finish that feels both elegant and homemade.
Each cupcake is finished with Diane's smooth signature frosting, piped by hand.
Standard Sourdough Cupcakes
Minimum order: 12 cupcakes per cake flavor
Choose one cake flavor per dozen: Vanilla or Chocolate
Choose any frosting combination within that dozen: Vanilla Bean, Chocolate, or Strawberry
You may mix frosting flavors within your dozen, but each dozen must be one cake flavor.
Mini Sourdough Cupcakes
Minimum order: 24 mini cupcakes per cake flavor
Choose one cake flavor per 24 minis: Vanilla or Chocolate
Choose any frosting combination within the order: Vanilla Bean, Chocolate, or Strawberry
Mini cupcake orders may include mixed frosting flavors, but each 24-count set must be one cake flavor.
Celebration Cakes by Request
Some celebrations call for something a little more personal.
Diane creates custom sourdough celebration cakes for birthdays,
gatherings, and special occasions. Each cake is discussed individually
so the size, flavor, filling, decoration, and timing can be planned with care.

Orders are made by request so Diane can plan each batch with care.
True sourdough takes time. Please submit order requests at least 7 days
in advance so Diane can prepare, finish, and package each order with care.
